Part I:
The Dunston Mint will consult
with the Client in the research and development of the project and
define the requirements of the Client prior to completing of any
binding agreements. Tasks include:

the
purpose and use of proposed coin(s) by Cleint
-
the
selection of die designs, and quantities required
-
the
preliminary specifications of the coins including diameters,
finishes, and due dates for delivery
Part
II: The Dunston Mint will
engrave and produce steel dies depicting the obverse and the
appropriate reverse of the die. Depending
upon the project the Dunston Mint:
-
may conduct research for the
coins
-
will design dies (obverse
and/or reverse) appropriate for striking Client’s coins
-
produce pictures,
photographs, and drawings of original coins with detail necessary
for an engraver to manufacture dies.
Part
III: The Dunston Mint will:
-
prior to minting, execute and deliver trial strikes of the
tokens to the Client for approval; and upon Client
approval
- manufacture quantities required; and
-
deliver the tokens to the Client on a timely basis.
Part
IV: The Dunston Mint and Client understand
prompt delivery of tokens is predicated upon several critical factors:
-
the
payment funds necessary for the Dunston Mint to engage services
and manufacture and delivery of the tokens
-
the engraving of dies will
take approximately six to eight weeks to complete
-
the manufacture of the tokens is predicated upon the
timely delivery the completed dies to the mint
-
the Client’s receipt of
the coins from the Dunston Mint is predicated upon date of
manufacture, shipment, and receipt by Client by appropriate
shipping carriers.
Compensation:
The
Client agrees to pay one half of the contract price plus shipping
charges upon signing of the Agreement and the balance plus shipping
charges upon shipment to the Client bythe Dunston Mint.
